Crown XLS2500
I purchased this amp for my sister's whole house audio install through a recommendation from the AVS forums (great place for advice). For the main receiver we also got a Denon AVR-3312CI. The Crown XLS2500 was used to power the rest of the speakers in the house (i.e. "Zone 2") which I connected to impedance matching volume controls. In total there were 15 speakers (2 per room and one in the bathroom)and I set the volume control jumpers to "X8" which lowers the impedance at the amp (though this amp is 4 ohm stable).I had the amp gain cranked up to about 1 below max to allow enough volume at the individual rooms.
