I bought this bass because I like to pick up and play as the mood hits me throughout the day. Instead of always having to plug in my electric and move equipment from room to room I decided on a acoustic bass. I can play with the background music and still hear myself. It was a little bigger then I expected. The sound is spongey but very clear. When you plug in if you don't have a processor the on board tone controls work great. The strings have a little more space between them compared to an electric and that took a little getting used to. The on board tuner is accurate. As far as the body, neck, and overall ...
