Did your guy use ESP LTD Alexi V Guitar Case

ESP CALEXIV

The ESP guitar case (for Alexi) that I received has screw holes and scratches. It seems the box was a damage product and someone sold it using Amazon's reputation. My family and I always use Amazon for only one reason ..."Trust". This trust has been violated for the first time. I will appreciate a refund on this product. I personally will not buy any other item from Amazon. On the other hand my kids will continue to purchase their music and other items since they didn't have such a discouraging experience.I will not recommend Musician's Friends as a site for anyone.
