I ordered this drum set for my 11 year old son for Christmas. It was pretty easy to set up, in fact my son set up most of it himself. The ESP guitar case (for Alexi) that I received has screw holes and scratches. It seems the box was a damage product and someone sold it using Amazon's reputation. My family and I always use Amazon for only one reason ..."Trust". This trust has been violated for the first time. I will appreciate a refund on this product.
